Thanks to the gentle terrain and revolutionary ski school programs, SolVista has gained a reputation as an excellent place to learn to ski or snowboard. In fact, guest satisfaction has nearly tripled since the inception of the Accelerated Learning Center.
The Accelerated Learning Center uses direct-to-parallel teaching system. This system incorporates specific body movements in conjunction with shaped ski technology.
Get on the Snow for $99
Package includes lift ticket, full-day lesson and rentals for two days. Then ski free the remainder of the season.
Details:
- Level 1 only
- Skiers or snowboarders
- Adults and juniors
- Valid Jan. 2-Mar. 3, excluding Jan. 14-16 and Feb. 18-20, 2006
- Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Must complete both lessons before receiving the season pass.
- Must complete both lessons by March 3, 2006.
- Days do not have to be consecutive.
- Not to be combined with any other promotion or discount.
Children's Programs (2005-2006)

They'll laugh, they'll learn and before you know it they'll be carving up the mountain ahead of you.
Program Ages
Little Rustlers
Kids spend one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon outside in this full-filled snow play program. Children must be potty-trained and not in Pull-Ups. 3-4
Buckaroos
Kids learn how to make use of the Magic Carpet and begin linking turns almost immediately. Sorry, no snowboards. 5-6
Cowpokes
Snowboards welcome. 7-9
Wranglers
Snowboards welcome. 10-12
Full Day (9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
Includes lift, lesson, lunch and rental. $85
