Cancelations outside of 3 months will result in a FULL refund less $200. (CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS EXCEPTION; MUST CANCEL A YEAR IN ADVANCE)
Cancelations within 3 months of your start date; will result in loss of SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENT; unless the property is rebooked for another party. Then a refund will occur less $200.
