All reservations require a deposit of 50 percent of the total stay cost together with a 6 percent reservation fee. A charge will be placed on guests credit card at the time of reservation. The balance of full prepayment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Taxes are charged on the lodging, reservation fee and damage waiver at a rate of 11.4%.
The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.

Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including all applicable tax recovery fees and reservation fees.
Cancellations made thirty one (31) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 10% of the rent and a 6% Reservation Fee.
Holiday dates and private home rentals canceled within sixty (60) days of arrival are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled from date of booking to sixty one (61) days prior to arrival, 10% of the rent and a 6% reservation fee.
