Deposit: 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of booking. Balance of total vacation cost is due 10 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for winter bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.
Pets are not permitted at the Poste Montane Lodge or within Beaver Creek Resort.

| Cancelation Policies |

A $100 fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival during the summer, and 30 days during the winter. Cancellations made less than 10 days during the summer and less than 30 days during the winter will be charged the total vacation cost.
For holiday reservations, a $100 fee will be charged on cancellations made prior to November 1. The total vacation cost will be charged on cancellations made after November 1.*
