Vail Spa is the ideal location in LionsHead Village, just steps from the Gondola.
Guests have easy access to everything Vail has to offer, just a short walk away. From shopping to dining, it's all there, including the Eagle Bahn Gondola to whisk you up the mountain for a day of skiing or a night of entertaining fun at Vail's now famous Adventure Ridge.
Vail Spa offers guests spacious, tastefully furnished two, three and four bedroom condominiums.
Each guest unit features an airy, open living room and dining area with cable TV. The invitingly spacious accommodations are the start of each guest's experience at the Vail Spa.
Each condominium's comfort and style is enhanced by amenities such as washer/dryers and gas fireplaces. All units have full kitchens and spacious living rooms.
Guests will enjoy free on-site parking, indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpools, private changing rooms with lockers, an exercise and weight room, steam and dry saunas, and massage therapy. For added convenience, there is ski storage and free supermarket van service twice per day. Our Lionshead location is also on the free in town shuttle bus route

Deposit
25% of the total vacation cost is due upon booking. Vail Spa shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.
Balance Due
Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October15 for holiday bookings. At this time all monies are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Refund adjustments will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Full or partial adjustment of the cancellation fee is subject to the estimated loss of rents, if any, which is determined solely by the General Manager of Vail Spa.
Guarantee Policy
The Vail Spa is unable to guarantee specific condominiums. We do our best to meet your requests as noted on your confirmation. The Vail spa will not refund money due to requests not being met.
Extra Person Charge
The extra person charge is $25 for each person per night.
Children's Policy
Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by parents/adults and using existing bedding.
Taxes
All rates are subject to state, local taxes and resort fee.

Cancellation will result in a charge of 20 % of your deposit outside of 14 days to arrival (summer) and 30 days prior to arrival (winter). Full payment is taken prior to arrival on the dates mentioned above. After full payment is taken there is no refund for cancellation.
