WINTER DEPOSIT POLICY: (11/17/06- 4/22/07) Confirmation on all reservations requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total room and tax and is payable at the time of booking. Balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's lodging and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies received. Departure prior to scheduled check-out times will result in forfeiture of the remaining unused balance.
