A non-rendable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final 50% due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
All properties are NON-SMOKING.

Your entire Fee will be due and payable even if you cancel your reservation, except to the extent that we are able to re-book the Premises and collect a Fee from another Guest.
All cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee unless you have purchased vacation insurance.
