An intimate mountain lodge managed by Providence Hospitality Partners is set at 10200 feet overlooking Boreas Pass Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile mountain range. Breckenridge is complete with daily housekeeping free long distance complimentary WiFi in lobby hot tubs and our smiling faces. Also including Meridian Spa.. located off the lobby entrance. Policy Summer Cancellation Policy Cancellations made outside of 14 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of 25 pct of the total reservation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge retaining the entire stays lodging and tax. Reduction in the length of stay or room type within the 14 day penalty period no shows late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations which are non-refundable. Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of their reservation due to weather road closures flight cancellations travel related acts of war or terrorism or other issues which may arise and which are not under the control of The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge Winter Cancellation Policy Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of 25 pct of the total reservation.
