This is one of the most popular vacation properties in Steamboat, these studio, one, two, and two-bedroom plus loft condominiums are an excellent value with an unmatched location. Ski Time Square makes it easy for you to conveniently rendezvous with friends and family morning, noon and night. Check-in is located at 2145 Resort Drive, Suite 100, Steamboat Springs, CO. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/ loft, 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Mountain Resorts Office located at 2145 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
