The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location supplies privacy plus spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary private shuttle service during the winter months will transport you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. On property there is a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, mens and ladies saunas and four outdoor tennis courts. Cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays. 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom - USD 50.00. There are no cleaning fees for 3 or more night stays. Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Dr., Steamboat Springs. In lieu of the USD 250.00 authorization hold on a credit card at check-in as a security deposit, guests have the option to buy Property Damage Protection that will cover for incidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00 for a one time fee of USD 29.00. Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 10AM. Please have your confirmation number and valid ID. Check-in at 2150 Resort Dr, Steamboat Springs.
