Kids always have a good time at Sunlight Mountain Resort!
There are a variety of activities and lessons for all the little ones aged 18 months to 6 years old.
Child Care (2 to 6 years, inside only) full day, half day, hourly availability, lunches may be purchased
Toddlers (18 months to 23 months, inside only) full day, half day, hourly availability, lunches may be purchased
72 hour advanced reservations are required
Ski Lessons:
Super Tots (4-6 years old) offers full day, half day , private lessons and 3 day packages
Includes ski rental, helmet, and lift ticket.
* Children must be checked in for all lessons no less than 1 hour prior to lesson start times.
Mini-Tots (2-3 years) offers one and two hour private lesson
Includes lift ticket, ski rental, helmet, and lunch
* Parents of 3-year-olds: To help determine if your child is ready to be in a group ski lesson, we require AT LEAST ONE private lesson for all 3-year-olds prior to the session start. Call for details.
Helmets will be required this year for all children enrolled in any of our lessons provided by the Children's Center ages 6 and under. Parents may sign an opt out waiver if they prefer their children to not wear helmets.
Equipment Rentals - All Day and Half Day Ski Rental for 6 & under
Our locals love the Skimosabe program, a winter ski camp that includes lessons, lift tickets, and ski rental. Ages 4-6
Youth Programs
Ages 7-14
Sunlight's Roaring Fork Ski & Snowboard Club, Freestyle Club and Ridge Runners programs continue to lead the way for area youth to excel at Skiing or Snowboarding. Focusing on a well rounded development of everything the mountain has to offer, your kids will have a great and safe time sharing experiences with friends while learning from our instructor staff.
